Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
For hygiene and quality reasons, some items may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or discounted items
- Innerwear or intimate apparel
- Customized or made-to-order pieces
- Items damaged due to improper use or washing
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for size or color issues, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- If the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue along with your order number
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
